The female manager, was very rude to a homeless man and’s embarrassed him in front of a crowd of hotel guests & we were all very appalled by her snooty & unkind words to him. He only asked for a cup of coffee. She was such an ugly personal. Could’ve given him a banana or something. He’s a human being!”

“Camera molto piccola con letto molto piccolo, abbastanza pulito, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per avere un letto di dimensioni decenti , ma ci ha detto che erano al completo. Pur vedendo che le auto parcheggiate erano 3 compresa la nostra, e di certo non è un posto dove si arriva a piedi. La colazione era fino alle 9 ,scendiamo alle 8,30 ma ci dicono che pensavano che l'avevano ”
